Books are not obsolete presents: Eighty years of America’s Black Female Superstars Brown Sugar by Donald Bogle

Many, many moons ago as a student I fell in love with this book & looked at it often. At the end of the school year, as old books were being purged to make room for the new ones, the school librarian gave me this book. I still love it after all these years.
